Free is the whole play designer, tagging, and the shared library — capped at 20 active plays and one playbook. Paid plans lift the caps and add the rest.
- Coach — $96/year. Unlimited plays and playbooks, call sheets, practice scripts, offline access. One coach.
- Staff — $240/year. Adds scouting, self-scout, formation templates, and present mode. Up to 10 coaches.
- Team — $400/year. Adds player accounts: installs, deliveries, quizzes, and the engagement dashboard.
- Program — $840/year. Several teams under one umbrella — Varsity, JV, Freshman — with shared coach access and year-end roster promotion.
Billing
Everything is in Settings → Billing. Change plans there and the difference is prorated rather than charged twice. Cancel takes you straight to the confirmation page — two clicks — and you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
Your price is locked
The price you sign up at is what you keep paying while your subscription stays active. If prices go up later, that's for new signups. Changing plans moves you to that plan's current price, and cancelling outright and returning later starts you at whatever the price is then.
The free plan's caps apply when you create something new — you can hold 20 active plays and add a 21st only after archiving one. Archiving frees the slot; it doesn't delete the play.
